I started installing a “panic proof cylinder and knob” lockset on our back door. Simply replacing the 35 year old identical brand, I thought. Took out the old and got nearly complete…instructions weren’t clear toward the end. Confusing. It wasn’t identical. Original was too old. Took an overnight break before continuing. Next day, retraced my steps one by one. Everything was correct, but the final connection was not correct. I knew it because nothing turned to lock and unlock. Found Snap & Crack…close-by location. Called, and got a non-emergency appointment for only 3 hours later that same day! Jack was assigned and he called noting his arrival minutes before the appointment time. Good! He was on time, courteous, patient with questions and professionally knowledgeable with answers…and efficient. Just 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

I lost my keys for 4 days and because I only had one key fob I decided to bite the bullet and have a new fob made. Jack was at my house the same day that I called and was done in 15 minutes with my new key. He was friendly, professional and informative. But for $400 I would have been happier if he had taken a few hours to do his job and had gotten super dirty and exasperated while doing it.Two days later I found my keys.
